The group of refrigeration controllers is used, among others, in refrigerated cabinets and freezers. The products are available in one- or two-module form, depending on the number of relays. G-913

The G-913 temperature recorder is dedicated to cooperate with GECO cooling thermostats or to independent work with connected temperature sensors. Type of work depends on the manufacturer’s settings.

The G-913 is equipped with built-in memory, witch allows to record measured temperatures. USB interference allows to read recorded temperatures.

Controller GC201 is designed to control of simple cooling devices working both in low and high ranges of the temperature. It is a replacement for: G-201-P00, G-201-P01 i G-201-P02.
For low power equipment device allows direct connection of all controlled appliances (the compressor, the heater, the fan, the light) without need to connect additional contactors. It is possible thanks to application of 30A, 16A or 8A relays (depending on version of the controller).

GHC201.08 is the electronic heating and cooling thermostat with two relays and two temperature sensors. On the basis of one of the sensors it can control cooling or heating, while the second sensor can act as a thermometer.

In the controller it is possible to define the relay function depending on the needs of its use. The controller can be used for instance: there, where one need to turn one heater on, as well as there, where one need to control heating and cooling independently.

GC202s are used in cabinets, display cases and shelves operating in both low and high temperature ranges. They replace the G-202-P00 controller.

When used in cooling and freezing cabinets, a door opening sensor can be connected, which fully controls the operation of the fan and light compressor depending on the time the door is opened.

In devices of low, medium and high power (230V) it allows connecting all devices controlled by it (compressor, heater, fan and light) directly to the controller, without the need for additional contactors. This is possible thanks to the use of 16A and 30A relays.

It is also manufactured in versions with three temperature sensors and in simplified versions with a smaller number of outputs.

Device can be used for appliances where usage of standard thermostat is impossible. Thanks to the separation of the executive part from the control one and usage of the 20 mm thick panel the controller can be directly installed inside the niche or a special masking frame. This solution is especially recommended for small and medium size cold rooms.

G-204-P09 is designed to control of fans of the condenser or of the evaporator in dependence from the temperature or the pressure.

G-204-P09 is additionally equipped with: the function of the oil thermostat, protection against the compressor head (refrigerating compressor) overheating and alarm output.

There are various applications possible – from one to four fans. One of the outputs has adjustable voltage.

The controller settings are accessible only for service.

G-204-P09 is equipped with three temperature sensors and there is also a chance to connect the freon pressure sensor. Four outputs make the direct connection of devices working under 230V voltage possible.

G-915 Signal Converter is designed to cooperate with G-204-P09 Electronic Cooling Thermostat / Pressure Control of the Condenser.

When plugged in the 230V AC power supply circuit of energized equipment, each time the device is activated the pins C1-C1 (C2-C2) are shorted.

G-915 has been prepared to handle two independent sets: G-204-P09 controller – device powered by 230V AC.

Z-501-P01

The Z-501-P01 is the multi channel controller used for temperature control in maximum 30 different objects. For example: with this device one can control temperature in many refrigeration rooms, cold rooms and freezing rooms simultaneously.

The Z-501-P01 it is multi module controller which consists of the following main components: G-510, G-500, G-540-2, and G-520-2.

  • Multi module construction
  • Temperature measurements using different sensors:
    – NTC ( 0 <-> 120 Celsius degrees)
    – PT1000 (0 <-> 440 Celsius degrees)
    – Thermocouple T type (-100 <-> + 400 Celsius Degree), J, K, and others
  • Temperature control in options: using compressor and heater, only heater or compressor, or three way valve.
  • Possibility to choose operation algorithms, PID or two-position control.
  • Alarm output.
  • Alarm indication of temperature increase above set hysteresis.
Z-502-PXX

Z-502-PXX controllers are designed to control cryogenic chambers. Due to specific working conditions and technology, the program is individually written for specific technical solutions that the client has.

(Cryogenic chambers are used in medicine for various types of therapies and rehabilitation treatments. In addition, they are used in wellness and cryo-therapy centers. Special working conditions require manufacturers of refrigeration equipment to approach the designed chamber individually.)

Each controller is individually designed to suit the client’s technology. Therefore, its properties depend on the preferences of the Client. In addition, the device has standard features associated with controllers manufactured by GECO, such as:

  • graphical preview of the operating status of individual heating system devices
  • Z-502-PXX controllers are multi-module devices
  • accessible appearance, easy-to-use menu, parameter descriptions on the screen
  • housing with IP65 protection level
